In 1998, ZTE won a project worth around $100 million in Pakistan. Since then, ZTE has made great achievements in a number of overseas telecom markets, including those in Niger, Indonesia and Russia. An introduction is given to the manner in which ZTE has developed these overseas markets. In another news, ZTE's GSM Base Station System (¡°BSS¡±) has succeeded in obtaining the certificate of wireless and terminal communication equipment issued by Germany Rhine TUV.
